zaborski-pro.com · YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This notice explains how ZABORSKI PRO handles personal information when you use this website or contact us about a project. We are based in Poland and work remotely with businesses in the United States.
Last updated:
1. Who We Are
ZABORSKI PRO SP. Z O.O. is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our registered address is ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-115 Lublin, Poland. Polish tax identification number: 9462758925.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or write to the postal address above.
2. Contact and Inquiries
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, website, phone number, and message. We use it to respond, understand your needs, and discuss a possible project, including initial design concepts.
When you submit a contact form, we receive your name or business name, email address, message, and any optional website or phone number you provide. We also record the submission date, page address, and a submission ID and content fingerprint to prevent duplicate records. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
Please share only the information needed to discuss your website. Do not send patient records, financial account details, identity documents, or confidential case files. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Where the GDPR applies, we process inquiries to take steps toward a contract at your request or for our legitimate interest in responding to business communications.
3. Service Providers
Email communications may be processed by the providers involved in delivering and storing email. Authorized people use inquiry information only as needed to respond or provide the requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Contact forms send the information you submit to Google Apps Script, which stores it in a private Google Sheets document used to manage inquiries. The form service does not provide public access to existing inquiries. Google processes data as part of providing these services. After saving an inquiry, Google Apps Script sends its details to our configured business inbox through Resend. Resend processes the submitted name, email address, optional website and phone number, message, and form page address to deliver this notification.
If you follow an external link or load a third-party service, that provider's privacy terms apply to its processing. Because our business is based in Poland, information you send from the United States may be processed in Poland and by relevant service providers in other countries.
4. Hosting and Security
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and requested URLs, to deliver pages, maintain reliability, and protect the service.
We use personal information only for the purposes described here and limit access to people who need it for those purposes. Our contact forms use the Google services described above.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and discuss the project. If we enter into a contract, related records may be kept to perform the agreement and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
After the conversation ends, information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Form submissions are stored in our private inquiry spreadsheet under the same retention approach.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need information to verify your identity before responding. We will handle your request under the law that applies to your circumstances; this notice does not assume that every U.S. state privacy law applies to our business.
Where the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority, including the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. We do not use inquiry information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
