SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. KNOWING YOUR BRAND.
I have been working in SEO and SEM for over 17 years. I have worked with over 200 clients from Poland and Europe. I use this experience when planning the website: how the recipient finds the offer, evaluates work examples and decides to contact me. Brands and numbers shown are for SEO/SEM projects.
We talk about the style of photos, the type of assignments and the clients you want to reach. We determine whether a wedding reportage, a studio session or a brand brief is more important. We check which galleries will show your work and what the recipient needs before asking about the date. Pages, content and functions result from these findings.

SIX EXAMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPERS

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The bride and groom watch the reports, the parent asks about the course of the session, and the brand needs photos for a specific use. We plan the website around your specializations and the way you accept orders, instead of combining all services into one gallery.
We will show selected stories, the scope of the reportage and how to ask for a specific date. The couple will get to know your style, travel conditions and what is included in the offer. A more complete reportage can be supplemented by a selection of individual frames.
We will divide the types of sessions and describe the preparation, place and course of the meeting. Packages, the number of photos and how they are selected will result from your services. Information about the studio or outdoor location will help you plan your first contact.
We will organize the portfolio according to application: team image, products, interiors or campaigns. The query may include the number of products, location and purpose of the photos. You will describe the terms of use and pricing in accordance with your work model.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example customer journey: home page → session type → related gallery → request for a date. We will plan pages that show your style and answer questions before the interview. For a narrower offer, one organized view is enough.
Wedding, family and product galleries allow you to quickly find the right examples. We will select representative photos and their order. Longer stories may have separate addresses if they help you evaluate how you work.
Each actual service can receive a description of the course, place, duration and effect that the customer receives. We will show the price list or pricing rules in accordance with your services. We will explain the extras alongside the basic scope.
The photo, a short story and a description of the approach allow us to get to know the person behind the camera. An FAQ can explain dress code, location selection, and preparation for the meeting. We will use real reviews if you have them for publication.
We will show you the service area, studio location and easy inquiry. A separate entrance may lead to the photo receiving facility. Public portfolios and private galleries have different tasks; We will agree on the access method separately.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, portfolio layout, pages and functions needed for your brand. The scope will determine the number of galleries, preparation of photos, content and the method of subsequent editing. We will price additional tools after checking their capabilities.
The typography, colors and proportions of the gallery are intended to support your photography. Three free concepts will show you different ways to present your portfolio and offer before deciding on paid implementation.
We check readability, the arrangement of vertical and horizontal frames and the route to contact. We select file sizes according to their use. We will agree on cropping so that important parts of the photos remain visible.
We plan galleries, session descriptions and rules of collaboration. We can organize your texts or help prepare them. The number of pages, galleries and editorial scope are part of the quote.
The agreed scope will include addresses, titles, headings and links between the services and the portfolio. We describe the location according to its actual range. We discuss permanent SEO and advertising as separate services.
We will select contacts for weddings, sessions or business orders. We can plan a link to an existing customer gallery. Reservations, payments and connections to other systems require separate arrangements.
Before starting, we check images, links and agreed contact paths. After approval, we provide the agreed accesses and discuss gallery editing, renewals and responsibility for maintenance.
CONTACT TAILORED TO THE WAY OF WORK
Looking at photos is the beginning. Next, the client needs clear information on what to ask and how the date is set. We will plan contact and possible transfer to booking or collection of photos, according to your way of working.
The short form may collect the order type, planned date and location. When it comes to wedding photography, asking about availability does not mean booking a date. We will explain how you confirm the offer and ongoing work.
When it comes to product and business photography, application, project scale and deadline are important. We will select the fields for the information needed for the first response. The client can provide detailed materials later via an agreed channel.
If you are booking repeat sessions, we will check the possibility of connecting the calendar you use. Link, embedded widget and data exchange have different scope. We will determine the tool costs and confirmation rules before implementation.
We can prepare the entrance to the platform you use after the session. Selection of shots, file downloads and sale of prints depend on the functions of the provider. Simply adding a link to the gallery does not mean data integration or the launch of the store.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
The photograph shows the style. The description helps you understand what the session looks like and what the order includes. We will connect selected staff with specific information about your work. We will determine the scope of text and photo development before creating the website.
Prepare a representative selection of photos for each specialty, not the entire archive. We will determine the order, formats and view on the phone. For your public portfolio, select materials that you can use in this presentation.
Describe the place, course of the meeting, the number of photos transferred and the date of their receipt according to your services. Explain how shots are selected and what you charge extra for. We do not add conditions that you do not apply.
A logo, a photo of the photographer, the studio address and the driving distance will be useful. We will show an approach to collaboration and real opinions intended for publication. Local studios and away reports may need different information.
We will determine how you add new galleries and change the seasonal offer. A blog makes sense if you plan to publish, for example, session stories or preparation tips. We will select the editing method, authors and scope of assistance to suit your capabilities.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the look and layout of your photography website. You will see different ways of presenting photos, offers and requests for a session. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or advance payment.
Simply describe the types of assignments, the photography style and the purpose of the new site. If you have a portfolio or current website, please provide its address. You don't need a detailed brief - the proposals will help you choose the direction before ordering the work.
Free designs are concepts of appearance and layout. Creating a working website and publishing it is the next, paid stage - after accepting the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The cost depends on the number of galleries and pages, design, preparation of materials, editing and additional functions. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the differences in scope; they are not fixed price packages.
For the photographer with a narrower offer. Selected photos, session description and contact form a simple path from learning about the style to the first inquiry.
For several specializations. Separate session pages, galleries and information about collaboration help the client find the right examples and scope.
For a studio needing mini session sign-ups, a blog, an additional language or connection to existing client tools.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify pages, content, functions, deadline and corrections. We will discuss domain, hosting, renewals and tool licenses separately. We define care, substantive updates, new pages and promotion as additional scope. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we determine the purpose of the site, types of galleries and materials needed. The schedule depends on the scope and time for your approval. We confirm the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss specializations, clients and how orders are handled. We check the existing portfolio and content that is worth keeping. We determine the necessary galleries, pages and materials.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the photo presentation and the offer, provide comments and decide whether to order further work.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and amendments. We develop the selected project, prepare galleries and implement the agreed functions. You approve the photos, descriptions and terms of the offer.
We verify mobile views, frames, links and the path to the query. After approval, we launch the website and provide the agreed access credentials. We discuss gallery editing, maintenance and renovations.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new report, another season of mini sessions or an extension of the offer require up-to-date materials. We will plan how to add galleries and space for additional services. We define development and ongoing service as an additional scope.
Session pages, related galleries and a reliable description of the area of activity form the basis of the promotion. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The performance of the site does not guarantee position, traffic or number of orders.
Before changing, we will check the existing addresses of services and galleries and the necessary redirects. We will arrange domain switching, hosting and email support. We will include the current photo upload tool in our migration plan.
We will choose the method of adding photos, publishing galleries and updating the price list. You can arrange independent editing, individual changes or ongoing maintenance. We will discuss maintenance and license costs before the start.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
About photos, price, editing and tools after the session. Check how we prepare websites for photographers at zaborski-pro.com.
Yes. You receive three initial design and layout proposals with no fee, deposit or contract. All you need is a description of your business and expectations. They do not oblige you to continue collaboration. Creating a working website and launching it is a later, paid stage after acceptance of the scope and price.
We prepare the quote individually. Pages, galleries, design, content editing, photo preparation and editing method are important. Before development, you will learn about the agreed scope and the separate costs of maintenance, licensing and possible care. The three introductory concepts are free.
We set the date after knowing the scope and availability of materials. A website with many galleries or integrations requires more work than a simpler portfolio. The schedule also takes into account the selection of photos and your approval of the design and content; you will get to know him before the paid stage.
Selected frames for each specialization, a logo, a photo of the photographer and a description of the offer will be useful. Provide the location, driving range and method of accepting orders. For the first interview, all you need is a short description and a link to your current portfolio. We will determine the selection of photos for publication and the scope of their preparation later.
Yes. We will match the gallery layout to your photos and check it on your phone and computer. We will agree on the method of displaying and framing. We select file sizes and formats to suit the space on the website to combine photo presentation with convenient viewing.
If you want to update your portfolio regularly, we will take into account adding photos, ordering and publishing galleries when choosing a solution. You can also order changes as part of a separately agreed service. We confirm the scope of editing and handing over the page before implementation.
We can schedule entry into the tool you use to upload or select photos. Linking to the platform, embedding its view, and exchanging data vary in scope. First, we will check the supplier's capabilities. A public portfolio is not a private gallery; access and fees for the tool are determined separately.
We select such functions depending on the way of work and the capabilities of the tool used. We will determine the calendar, confirmation of registration, possible payments and supplier costs. The regular date inquiry form does not confirm your reservation. The scope of integration is subject to a separate quote.
Your own website can organize your services and portfolio, and your social profile can lead you to the right service or form. We can add links to your profiles. Embedded post preview is an additional tool-dependent option; is not necessary to show photos on the website.
The agreed scope may include the structure of services and galleries, titles, headings, image descriptions and linking. We describe the area of operation in accordance with the actual offer. Permanent SEO, regular content and campaigns are separate services. The start of the website does not guarantee the position or number of inquiries.
After checking the configuration, we will determine how the domain will behave and handle mail. We will review the current addresses of services, galleries and necessary redirects. We will also plan to move to the photo collection tools used. Migration details are part of the established scope.
There remain the costs of the domain, hosting and any licenses or subscriptions to the tools. We arrange maintenance, adding galleries, new content, integration and promotion separately. Before execution, we discuss recurring costs, renewals and people responsible for maintenance.
